UCD Boat Club supporting Movember

UCD Boat Club are “Growing a Mo for Movember”.

We’ve set up a Moteam to help change the face of men’s cancer by either growing a Mo for Movember or by taking the MOVE challenge.

The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives. Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement and this year UCDBC want to be a part of it! Throughout the campaign we plan on raising awareness of men’s health and also doing what we can to raise funds for the great work being done by the charity.

You can help us support the cause by visiting UCD Boat Club’s Mo Space and making a donation. Any contributions no matter how small would be greatly appreciated! We’d like to thank you in advance for any support. Make sure to follow us on Instagram @ucdbc where we’ll be posting pictures of our progress!

After a number of years of falling short, our reserve boat has brought the Naggon Cup back to UCD. This win is a reflection of the growth in our squad depth, and a foundation to build on as we set our sights on the upcoming races over the next few weeks.#honcollege #adastra #coloursboatraces

On its 21st edition, UCDBC have reclaimed the Dan Quinn Shield, ending a six-year drought since our last victory in 2018. Through an outstanding performance from our novice squad, the Shield has returned back to Belfield! 🏆🔵Novice rowing is key to what we do at UCDBC. A club of our ambition is only as strong as the next generation it builds, and we take enormous pride in welcoming, developing, and inspiring new rowers each and every year. Today’s result is a testament to the dedication of this year’s novice squad and the coaches who have worked tirelessly to bring out the best in them. This achievement would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors and partners:Dublin City Council Gannon + Associates Landscape ArchitectureValentia PartnersTechretePaul RomerilSL RacingMurray Consultants📸 Photos courtesy of @tjobrienpifer frankiedolphin @vaarjak @sportsfile #HonCollege #AdAstra #ColoursBoatRaces
