The annual Colours Races against Dublin University will be held on the evening of Thursday 16th April. This year the event is sponsored by the Dublin Docklands Development Authority and a new course has been introduced to reflect this partnership. The new 2km course will be run from the Sean O’Casey Bridge to a point past the East Link. We hope you can come down and support our crews as the club looks to repeat last year’s clean sweep performance. There will be an alumni reception for those coming to support onboard the MV Cill Airne halfway down the course, before the race. A new website has been created which has further details of the race arrangements, alumni reception and on which crews will be announced. The site is available on www.gannoncup.com.
