More success for UCD Boat Club at the annual Irish Indoor Rowing Championships, which were hosted by the club in UCD Sports Centre. The event had a record entry of 425 competitors with UCD retaining the Championship & Collegiate pennants with strong performances at J18, U23 and Open levels. UCDBC member and UCD Sports Scholarship student Finbar Manning also set a new national record in the Junior 18 Heavyweight category with a time of 6:23.8.
