UCD Boat Club welcomes first year students each season who have rowed as Juniors in clubs or schools across the country. They join our experienced returning rowers and compete for our top crews.

UCD have consistently provided athletes to Rowing Ireland with the club represented at Olympics, World Championships, World Cups, World University Championships and Home Internationals and our Junior rowers play a major role in this.

Read more about the Facilities on offer with UCD Boat Club as well as the Scholarship opportunities for exceptionally talented athletes.

General information for freshers starting in UCD can be found here.

If you are a Junior rower considering a course in UCD we would be delighted to meet you and answer any questions you might have. We can also show you around the facilities available to our members. Get in touch with our Captain at any head/regatta or contact us.
