DESCRIPTION:UCD Boat Club\, in conjunction with Old Collegians\, is delighted to host its Centenary Dinner on November 17th 2017 in the magnificent O’Reilly Hall on UCD’s Belfield campus. \nThe night will be an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the club since its founding in 1917 and to bring together the rowers\, coxes\, coaches\, committee and supporters\, both past and present\, that have helped to shape UCD Boat Club throughout this time. \nThis is a black tie event and will begin with a drinks and canapé reception in the O’Reilly Conservatory accompanied by an exhibition of photographs\, newspaper cuttings and memorabilia spanning the club’s history. We will then present the Centenary Awards in O’Reilly Hall\, followed by a three course meal and a keynote speech from our guest speaker\, to be announced. \nThis is a special milestone for UCD Boat Club and a unique opportunity to gather together and celebrate our shared history\, we hope you can join us.

Gardai have also forbidden cyclists from following the race due to safety concerns.
