Today was a good day for UCD Boat Club with both crews reaching the 2nd round of the Temple Cup. The UCD ‘A’ crew managed a comfortable win over Eton College’s 2nd crew (Eton’s 1st boat was entered in the Princess Elizabeth Cup), while the UCD ‘B’ crew beat Shrewsbury School by 1 length. Unfortunately, as both UCD crews were in the same bracket of the draw, they will face each other tomorrow in the 2nd round at 7.05pm.
